For over 70 years now the YMCA’s Career Planning and Development Services have been helping students and individuals of all ages with their career development. This is done by having them discover what educational and career direction are best for them based on their unique aptitudes, personality and interests. Included are assessments and one-to-one counselling/coaching sessions for a customized approach to career development and self-exploration.
