ORAC HVAC/R First Year Apprentice Intake Program provides unionized UA787 Contractor Members with a list of qualified first-year HVAC/R apprentice candidates. The program consists of three stages: applications, testing, and interviews. Those who successfully complete the program are placed on a Ready-to-Hire List for unionized HVAC and Refrigeration contractors to hire from. The program is open for online applications December 1st – February 28th & May 1st – June 30th annually. Ontario Based applicants only.
