Nimbus School of Recording & Media was co-founded by some of the world’s top music producers: Bob Ezrin (Pink Floyd, Kiss, Alice Cooper) and GGGarth Richardson (Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Biffy Clyro). With all courses taught by current industry leaders, Nimbus equips the next generation of creative professionals with both the technical and personal skills needed to succeed in the ever-changing music & media industries.
Nimbus is an elite, 24/7 hands-on training facility offering immersive, career-focused training programs in a range of specialities: music production, electronic music production, beat making, dj and live performance skills, post-production sound, video production, advanced audio engineering, recording, mixing and mastering techniques, sound design, live music recording and mixing, touring and artist management, A&R, music marketing, music industry business and entrepreneurship, Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton Live and Push Controller, Roland Aira, After Effects, and much more. Programs range from 8 months to 16 months, Nimbus School of Recording & Media comes from a long history of successful music professionals with its roots going back to the old Nimbus 9 studios in Toronto and a tradition of mentorship founded on the very model that empowered our co-founders to become some of Canada’s brightest and most successful music producers.
