The Manitoba Regional Council Trades Training Centre delivers preemployment programs. Our programs are focused on apprenticeships in the Construction Industry. The Training Centre is fully equipped to train Carpenters, Scaffolders, Millwrights, and Welders. Our instructors are Red Seal Trade certified with either CAE or VOC. ED. certification. The Carpenter program is accredited for level one by Apprenticeship Manitoba. We are in the process of acquiring level one accreditation for the Millwright and Welder Programs. We also teach all of our Scaffold levels in house.
