Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa is the exclusive campus in North America of Le Cordon Bleu International. Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa’s programs are designed to provide students with an opportunity to develop classic French techniques of Cuisine, Pastry and Bakery through a mix of hands-on practical and theory learning taught by world-renowned chefs in professional kitchens. NEW in 2021: a Bachelor of Integrated Food Sciences in partnership with the University of Ottawa where students will learn food-related practices and how to provide strategic leadership and operational guidance in commercial settings; and a Diploma of Culinary Management for students who want to extend their expertise to include relevant business management skills required to lead successful kitchens.
