IUOETA was established in 1965
Degrees / Certificates / Licenses Offered
Mobile Cranes (Level I, II. III), Heavy Equipment Operator (Backhoe, Dozer, Excavator, Front End Loader, Grader, Haul Truck), Asphalt Laydown Technician and Aggregate/Asphalt Plant Operator, skidsteer, aerial work platform, forklift, telehandler, fall protection, asphalt roller, paver/screed, overhead crane, sideboom and entry level pipeline.

The mission of the IUOE Local 115 Training Association is to provide training and support for trade workers, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to meet the needs of our employers.

Registered: Courses and Apprenticeships recognized by the Provincial Government.

Apprenticeships: Apprenticeship process are generally 3 to 4 years in length.  Upon successful completion the apprentice receives an Apprenticeship Certificate and Trades Qualification Certificate with Red Seal endorsement (Mobile Crane).
Well over 500 apprentices and trainees with the IUOETA, working in one of 18 different trades.
