Operating Engineers are trades people who operate equipment used to handle material and move earth in the construction industry. Some of the equipment used in our trade are mobile and tower cranes, bulldozers, excavators, tractor-loader, concrete pump and backhoes. Operators learn to work safely and efficiently with the industry’s most complicated equipment through inschool training and on the job training. We have apprenticeship programs offered in Heavy Equipment and mobile and tower cranes.
