The Distillery School is a boutique, hands-on distilling course designed to give students a practical understanding of how to open and operate a craft distillery. Over five days you’ll work along side the distillers, doing what they do every day: milling, mashing, distilling, bottling and labelling, and cleaning. We take no more than three students for each week-long dis- tilling course, hosted by Sons of Vancouver in North Vancouver, BC. You’ll leave this course understanding what’s really involved in operating a distillery and making award- winning products.
