Boilermakers build large tanks, heavy pipe-work and pressure vessels for nuclear power plants, refineries, and chemical manufacturers. They assemble, erect and maintain boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pollution control systems, furnaces, condensers and water towers using hoisting, rigging, welding equipment, tools and hardware as required by drawings and specifications.
