The BC Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association is a non-profit association that represents companies that are involved in all aspects of road building, rehabilitation and maintenance. In response to industry demand, the Association has developed a series of courses for people interested in entering the road building and heavy construction industry. Courses such as the Road Building and Heavy Construction Foundation Course, Heavy Equipment Operator Technician Program, Asphalt Paving/ Laydown Technician Program and Traffic Control Person Certification are now being offered by various education facilities across the province.
